We are Clint & Destani Mize and are a small hobby breeder located in Texas. Myself, Destani, runs our breeding program and all things dogs but I could not do it without my husband who does more than his fair share and is the “man behind the scenes”. I got involved in Dobermans and acquired my first show prospect Doberman (pictured above) in 2016. I had always wanted a “show dog” and as a pet professional had come across many Dobermans and I knew that was the breed I wanted to start with. Whew! Was I in for a ride!! Ego and I took off running into his career and never looked back. First and foremost before anything else, our dogs are our family. We are not a “kennel”. Our dogs sleep in our home and at any given moment you will find one draped across the couch, across us, or laying with their favorite tiny human, our daughter.. Here at Magnolia Dobermans we strive to produce loving family pets that are of correct breed type and conformation with longevity and health behind them. We are active in many different venues such as conformation, dock diving, barn hunt, rally, lure coursing and more! Dobermans truly are the “do it all dogs” and that is what we love so much about them. In addition to titling our dogs in sporting and conformation events, all of our dogs are extensively health tested and that is kept up with yearly. As a breeder, we strive to raise healthy, well-adjusted puppies that are socialized from the moment their lives start to ensure that they will be a wonderful addition to your family. We are members in good standing of the DPCA and adhere to their code of ethics and breed standard. We do not condone or support the breeding of albino/”white” (z factored) Dobermans.
